Our Property is a beautifully renovated villa in Moltrasio, (specifically Tosnacco, a hillside hamlet of Moltrasio). The Villa has spectacular lake views and is easily accessible by car. The Villa is spread over 3 floors and offers 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people. It also has two covered garages and an outdoor parking space. It is about a 7 min walk down hill to the Moltrasio shoreline and the ferry stop.
Living, Entertaining, Pool and Outdoor areas:
The living area on the 1st floor is large and comfortable. Low window sills offer amazing lake and garden views from all aspects of the villa’s living space, which comprises 2 lounge areas: fire place with sitting area and double height lake view, as well as a dining area with an open plan kitchen.
The lounge area also opens onto the outdoor relax area and terrace, which leads directly into the wonderful garden and pool. The 17m infinity pool has been built around a Maple tree that is a feature of the garden.
The generous outdoor lounge area has been designed for maximum relaxation with comfortable sofas and an outdoor fireplace. This area overlooks the pool’s Jacuzzi area and is integrated with the indoor seating area, the pool and the barbeque, so larger groups of people can enjoy the Villa to its fullest. The garden is a wonderful entertaining space for special occasions.
The bedrooms are designed such that at least two families can occupy the Villa with reasonable privacy. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground and 2nd floor and 1 large bedroom with a terrace on the 1st floor (where the living space is also located).
On the ground floor there is a large Master suite with breath-taking lake views and a marble bathroom. A king-size bed provides maximum comfort and the luxurious seating area includes a television with satellite connection. The bedroom sitting area also leads to a small garden.
On the same floor there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom. This bedroom also leads to the small garden.
On the 1st floor (same floor as the living area) there is a double bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom with a large shower and an outdoor seating area on the terrace.
In the upper 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a fantastic panoramic view of the lake. The other bedroom has two single beds (which can be pulled out to sleep and additional 2 persons) overlooking the small terrace. This floor also has 1,1/2 bathrooms with a large shower and a walk-in closet. There is also a beautiful small terrace with great lake, garden and mountain views, suitable for an aperitif or to relax on cool summer evenings.
All 5 bedrooms have individual air conditioning and heating systems.
