IL PARCO 14 is a three-room apartment ideal for couples, family or business trip situated in the business area of Lugano, a few minutes’ walk away from the Ciani park and the lakefront.
The spacious living room has large windows from which abundant sunlight enters; here the two yellow armchairs in front of the flat-screen TV will be very comfortable to watch a movie with friends.
Lunch and dinner with the family on the table for 4: the kitchen, open to the dining area, is complete and equipped with everything needed for cooking!
The furnished balcony overlooks the living room, where you can look at the city from above and enjoy the sunset over the mountains that frame the city.
The rooms are 2, one double and one twin with single beds, perfect for a trip with family or friends.
To each his own privacy, thanks to the 2 bathrooms: the large red bathroom has a modern shower with hydromassage where you can relax at the end of the day, and the small blue is with shower.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

IL PARCO is just 10 minutes’ walk away from the centre, in an area well served by cafés and restaurants. The post office and the Migros grocery store are just 5 and 7 minutes’ walk away. The Ciani park and its villa are just 5 minutes’ walk away, and you can reach the Lido di Lugano with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beach along the lakeshore and tennis courts in 7 minutes.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.
How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS signs: in 10/15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
If you arrive by train, from the Lugano station take bus n. 2 (direction Castagnola) for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at the stop "Lugano, Palazzo Congressi". Walk for about 5 minutes to reach the building.
