The space
GUEST HOUSE 73 is a small and refined accommodation facility located in the splendid setting of Cagliari - among the most popular destinations in Sardinia - a few steps from Piazza Yenne and the historic center.
Guest House 73 has a very comfortable kitchen (shared with the other 2 suites), and a washing machine.
The area is truly wonderful, a few meters from the accommodation you will find excellent restaurants, refined cafes and high-class shops.
Reaching the main city attractions is therefore possible with a simple walk, and going to the famous coastal areas is feasible by public transport or by renting a car.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel.
