This exclusive accommodation is located on the ground floor of a beautiful building with a refined and well-kept look.
To reach the premises, simply open the door of the building that overlooks the very quiet Via Piccioni.
The living area and the sleeping area are furnished with extreme care. In this apartment every detail has been carefully planned.
LIVING AREA + KITCHEN
The living room, airy and bright, is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a wooden table for eating delicious meals inside the house walls.
The kitchen, which is part of the living room, fully equipped and characterized by an attractive design, is ideal for preparing some excellent dish at home.
In addition to the basic utensils such as cutlery and dishes, the kitchen has:
- induction hob
- microwave
- fridge / freezer
- Nescafe coffee + hot beverages machine.
THE BATHROOM
